Privacy Policy — Dying to Party

What we collect

When you purchase a mystery, we collect your email address (via Stripe) and the configuration choices you make (theme, player count, tone, optional guest names). We do not store payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.

How we use your data

We use your email to deliver your mystery and send order confirmations. We use your configuration to generate your unique story via the Anthropic Claude API. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic's API for AI story generation. Both are subject to their own privacy policies. We use Cloudflare for hosting and DDoS protection.

Data retention

We retain your order information for up to 2 years for customer support purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
