If you're not happy with your mystery for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. Buy whenever it's convenient; your guarantee runs for a full 30 days even if your party is weeks away.
How to request a refund
Email hello@dyingtoparty.ai within 30 days of your purchase with your order confirmation number. A brief note about what went wrong helps us improve, but it isn't required. We'll respond within 24 hours.
After 30 days
Because mysteries are AI-generated specifically for each order, we generally cannot offer refunds after 30 days. However, if there is a significant technical issue with your mystery (missing content, generation errors), we will always work with you to resolve it.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
